You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. One account per person — sharing accounts is prohibited.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly (€14.99/month) or annually (€49/year) via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
No refunds. When you cancel your subscription:
• Future charges are stopped immediately
• You retain access until the end of your current paid period
• After the period ends, access to paid content is removed
• You can resubscribe at any time
All content on Prep4EU (questions, study materials, flashcards, diagrams, code) is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content. Content is for personal study use only.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, share login credentials, or attempt to copy/redistribute content.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
